Publicizing your paper
Now that you have come towards the end of the hard road of completing your paper and having it published you want people to know about it. ABC has its own mechanisms to do this but there are a number of things you can do yourself if you wish:

- Your paper is open access so you can email the link to your colleagues, library or institution. You can also forward the ABC email alert related to your paper.
- If you are giving a talk let your audience have the link to your paper (or ask them to visit the ABC Journals website)
- The various ABC journals are archived in BASE; abcGATE; PBN; WroldCat and in different places. Many authors do not realize that all papers cannot simply be submitted to CrossRef and then immediately appear on DOI. This process takes time and it may be some weeks before your paper is available via this route. All the more reason for a little self-promotion.
